Following their recognition in HRoot's Best of Awards for 2021, Yingde Gases Group (hereinafter referred to as Yingde Gases), once again was presented with two major awards on November 9th: "Best Employers in Greater China 2022" and "Best HR Teams in Greater China 2022". The HR team has also devised a talent management program called “Talent Stream” interlinked with the needs of the sales department, assisting them in the resolution of difficult issues in real time. The team uses a project-based work model that supports and elevates sales development and organizational capacity. Yingde Gases' specialized solutions for continuous optimization, formulation and refinement of talent policies, actualization of the human element in the workplace, completion of a workforce development system, and configuration of an open-ended organizational culture have culminated in the company's anointment as "Best HR Teams in Greater China 2022".
