Yingde Gases Announces Successful Commence of its First Integrated Solution for Freezing Food
Yingde Gases' in-house R&D project, an integrated solution for freezing food, was recently launched and tested successfully. This all-in-one solution is poised to improve cryogenic efficiency in China's food processing sector, in turn improving the overall quality of the product and helping the industry achieve quality growth.
The higher quality achieved when freezing foods with liquid nitrogen versus mechanical freezing is already acknowledged by a majority within the industry. Freezing with liquid nitrogen quickly locks in the freshness of food items, preserving their original flavor. Additionally, the investment needed for hardware is relatively small and managing the process is simple, significantly lowering a company's maintenance costs. Uneven application of liquid nitrogen may, however, cause the frozen product to become brittle and crack, leading to a definite financial loss for food and beverage enterprises.
Yingde Gases Applied Technology R&D Department conducted extensive research and, based on the gas application properties specific to China's food and beverage industry, devised an all-in-one solution for liquid nitrogen freezing that precludes the possibility of cracking. This is a turnkey solution that combines liquid nitrogen supply, cryogenic equipment, and a security alert system all in one. It is a highly secure and compact solution for smaller sites: equipment can be positioned freely. A specialized technology is employed to precisely control the amount of liquid nitrogen used in the process, thereby avoiding brittleness / cracking from uneven freezing, while improving efficiency to a level significantly above that of its counterparts in the industry.
