Yingde Engineering Delivers Construction Drawings for the Xinan Copper Air Separation Project
On May 29, Yingde Gases’ subsidiary Yingde Engineering delivered the contruction drawings for an air separation unit with capacity of appr. 80,000 Nm?/h which was designed and built for Yunnan Copper’s subsidiary Xinan Copper, signaling a solid progress of this project and laying the groundwork for success in on-site implementation.
At the scheduled seminar, Yingde Engineering presented a detailed report on preparations for project implementation and current progress. Xinan Copper expressed their affirmation and sincere gratitude for the orderly and efficient work carried out by Yingde Engineering and China National Air Separation Engineering during the previous stage. The three parties then engaged in an in-depth exchange and discussion regarding the next phase in project rollout and implementation.
To respond to China's "Carbon Peaking, Carbon Neutral" policy, Xinan Copper has officially launched a relocation project, a core component of which is an oxygen-generation station EPC project. Xinan Copper views the progress made on this project as well as the quality of engineering as crucial to the success of relocation overall.
For the Xinan Copper project, Yingde Engineering will build a large-scale 66,000 Nm?/h air separation plant in An'ning Industrial Park, situated within the administration of the Kunming municipality. Located at the altitude of 1,900 meters, the facility is commensurate with the scale of 80,000 Nm?/h . Upon completion the air separation plant will provide Xinan Copper with high-quality industrial gases including oxygen and nitrogen, marking a new breakthrough for the company's manufacturing and engineering capabilities.
As one of Yingde Gases' core business units, Yingde Engineering possesses both in-house design and engineering capabilities. The business unit has already built more than 20 large-scale air separation plants with capacity more than 60,000 Nm?/h and is able to provide comprehensive solutions for its clients, including the design, manufacture, installation and testing of air separation equipment, cryogenic devices, green hydrogen facilities and coal-water slurry gasification equipment, as well as the provision of engineering management and project consultation services.
In order to ensure that the oxygen generation station EPC project is completed on time with high standard of quality and efficiency, Yingde Engineering will lean on its own extensive experience in engineering and manufacturing, deploying its own expertise in the field. Together with China National Air Separation Engineering, Yingde Engineering is taking as many actions as possible – modifying the designs and/or the pace of engineering, actively coordinating the procurement of external resources, and optimizing methods of transport – to better adjust and refine project planning. Under the condition of guaranteeing project quality, Yingde Engineering is making a concerted effort to assess and resolve any critical issues in project planning, thereby ensuring that Xinan Copper's relocation is carried out as scheduled.
