Yingde Gases and China Jushi Company, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “China Jushi”) signed a strategic cooperation agreement on August 7, 2023 whereby Yingde Gases will design, build, operate and manage a 6,000 Nm3/h VPSA (Vacuum Pressure Swing Adsorption) oxygen plant capable of producing 93% pure oxygen. This is the first VPSA unit developed, designed and constructed entirely in-house by Yingde Engineering, and will provide solid support to China Jushi in terms of building core competitive strength.
Since the establishment of the Carbon Peaking, Carbon Neutral Goals by the Chinese government, corporations from all sectors have begun to pursue transformation and enhancement, taking measures such as upgrading production technology and reducing carbon emissions to assume a greener development trajectory. As a highly efficient, low-carbon combustion technology, oxygen-enriched combustion has already become the technology of choice for the petrochemical, metallurgy, iron and steel and glass industries - an important means to save energy and increase output. with its advantages of simple process, reliable operation, flexible production and low operating costs, VPSA technology is the ideal source of oxygen to the oxygen-enriched combustion process.
